Join us for an evening of engrossing storytelling as we celebrate Governors State University's global impact and hear from faculty and students who have contributed to the life-changing work of the Public Health Brigade, an international non-profit. Enjoy a preview screening of the documentary "Medaase: A Ghana Public Health Brigade Story," followed by an in-person post-film Q&A moderated by GovState alumna, Keisha Dyson, with the filmmakers at the Sherman Hall Amphitheater. Then hear from a panel of faculty and students who have contributed to the life-changing work of Governors State University's Public Health Brigade, including Drs. Bing and Cummings, Jocelyn Bell, Jacob Pearson, Alexis Robinson, Kwabena Robinson, and Kerri Twietmeyer.
Doors open at 7:00pm. Program begins at 7:30pm.
